Max Planck Center with POSTECH and NSRRC/NTCU/NTHU

The Max Planck Center for Complex Phase Materials with POSTECH-Korea has recently been granted continuation for the 2017-2022 period. In the new period the Center also includes the National Synchrotron Radiation Research Center (NSRRC), the National Chiao Tung University (NCTU), and the National Tsing Hua University (NTHU).

A Press Conference has been organized in Taipeh on 4 January 2017 by Prof. Yang, the Minister of Science and Technology of Taiwan to celebrate the start of this high-level international scientific collaboration. Presentations were given by the Minister, by the Director of the NSRRC, the Presidents of the NCTU and NTHU, as well as by the Deputy Director General of the German Institute (‘German Embassy’), Mrs. Schmidt-Koschella.
