Works Council

The nine members of the Works Council at the MPI CPfS get elected from among the employees. The works council represents the interests of the employees and has co-determination rights as set out in the Works Constitution Act (Betriebsverfassungsgesetz, BetrVG). The works council is also the point of contact for problems of and suggestions from employees.
The works council is usually elected for four years; the next elections will take place in spring 2026.
