ECMetAC Young Scientist Award for Oksana Karychort

During the ECMetAC Days 2024 in Zagreb, Croatia, Oksana Karychort received the ECMetAC Young Scientists Oral Presentation Award for her talk ‘New Samarium and Ytterbium Iron Arsenides: Crystal Structure and Physical Properties’.
Congratulations to Oksana!
Oksana Karychort is a third year PhD student at Ivan Franko National University, Ukraine. She is currently a DAAD scholarship holder in the REALM group at the Max Planck Institute for Chemical Physics of Solids. Oksana's research focuses on the synthesis of novel ternary arsenides and phosphides, the investigation of their crystal structures and the study of their physical properties.
